Apples/Pears

Apples and pears are the cornerstone of our curated offering, sourced with care from a trusted network of growers and shippers across the world. Our year-round supply chain aligns with global harvest cycles, allowing us to match our customers’ needs with the finest varieties-Washington’s iconic Red Delicious, Chile’s vibrant Galas, or South Africa’s celebrated Packham Pears. We also hold exclusive packaging rights for select, hand-curated brands from the Italian Alps. Our sourcing extends to the very first picks of New Zealand’s fresh apple crop each season. Kiwi

Kiwi is a standout in our sourcing portfolio, carefully procured from four premier regions: Italy, Chile, and Greece. We align our supply chain with the natural rhythm of each harvest, ensuring a seamless, year-round offering. From Italy’s sun-drenched hills and Chile’s green valleys to Greece’s fertile plains, we collaborate with growers who share our commitment to quality. Our uninterrupted kiwi programme features Italy’s renowned Hayward, Chile’s vibrant Golden kiwi and Greece’s prized Dori-brought together with the precision and balance required to meet the highest standards.

Cherries

Our Cherries are now available for more than ten months of the year-and we have made it our mission to continually evaluate new varieties, growing regions, and post-harvest practices to support near year-round availability. Our network of skilled growers, quality inspectors, and experienced sales and operations teams works in sync to understand customer needs and market trends. We source directly with partner growers across California, Washington, and Canada, delivering a reliable, well-coordinated supply chain that ensures consistency from the first harvest to the last.

Berries

Berries play a central role in our sourcing strategy, and we are committed to securing the right mix of suppliers and varieties to ensure a consistent, 12-month supply. From British strawberries to Canadian and Peruvian blueberries, our goal is to deliver excellence in every berry—often on the next flight, reaching customers within 10 hours of harvest.

Grapes

Grapes are available nearly year-round, and we take pride in understanding our customers’ needs in this dynamic category. As new growing regions and varieties emerge, we work closely from field to market to help our customers stay competitive. With our experienced inspection teams operating at both farm and cold-storage levels, we ensure that every shipment meets the quality standards our customers expect.

Citrus

As one of our largest categories, citrus is a year-round priority. We source the freshest oranges, lemons, mandarins, and grapefruit, shipping each at its peak. With a trusted network of growers across both the Northern and Southern hemispheres, we maintain a steady, carefully managed supply that consistently meets our customers’ needs.
